• Multi-year deal worth seven figures, according to SBJ
  • Xmanna to receive in-stadium and online promotion
  • Deal also includes gamification elements on Inter Miami CF App

Major League Soccer (MLS) team Inter Miami have announced the club’s first-ever sleeve sponsorship deal with software company Xmanna.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Xmanna’s logo will feature on the right sleeve of all Inter Miami jerseys from the start of the 2022 MLS season.

The financial terms of the agreement were not made public, but Sports Business Journal (SBJ) reports that the deal is worth seven figures.

Xmanna will be integrated across Inter Miami’s various marketing platforms, including through signage at the team’s DRV PNK Stadium.

The partnership will also see Inter Miami and Xmanna introduce new gamification elements within the club’s official app, which will enable supporters to compete for prizes.

“Inter Miami CF is a young, forward-thinking club with a large local and global fanbase,” said Steve Stein, chief executive and co-founder of Xmanna.

“Xmanna’s partnership will enable Inter Miami to elevate the fan experience through our loyalty and gamification platform, while increasing our global brand awareness.”

In what is the first partnership between a professional women’s sports team and a cryptocurrency platform, Crypto.com becomes Angel City’s cryptocurrency and non-fungible token (NFT) partner.

According to SBJ, Crypto.com has signed a four-year deal worth an annual fee in the low seven-figure range, making the company one of Angel City’s biggest sponsors.
